Kakha Kaladze, the incumbent mayor of Tbilisi and mayoral candidate from the ruling Georgian Dream party, officially presented the party’s majoritarian candidates for the Tbilisi City Council, describing them as “the bridge between the municipality and citizens.”
“These individuals, together with me, take responsibility for Tbilisi’s present and future. They will defend your interests in City Hall and City Council, actively engage in legislative work for your well-being, and support key projects for the city,” Kaladze said during the event.
He emphasized that many of the candidates are already familiar faces to the public, while others are newcomers entering the political arena. Regardless of background, Kaladze said, all are committed to serving the city.
“Peace for Georgia, more kindness for Tbilisi — this is not just a promise, but a reality proven by our work. We are ready to justify your trust and bring even more goodness to Tbilisi,” he stated.
Kaladze urged Tbilisi residents to support the team of professionals in the upcoming municipal elections, pledging continued development and citizen-focused governance.
