Kakhovka dam destruction “very serious development” in war Russia is responsible for – French ambassador to Georgia

Partial destruction of the Kakhovka dam is a very serious development in the war of aggression Russia is the only responsible for, Sheraz Gasri, the French ambassador to Georgia tweeted on Wednesday. 

Ukraine has accused Russia of blowing up the huge dam in Nova Kakhovka on Tuesday, currently under Russian control, providing water to Crimea and the Zaporizhzhia nuclear plant.

President Volodymyr Zelenskyy claimed Moscow had mined and then exploded the dam, while the Russian authorities shifted blame onto Ukraine.
