Four people were killed and three injured in Kyiv after a Russian strike on the night of 25 November, according to the head of the Kyiv City Military Administration, Timur Tkachenko.

Tkachenko said Russian forces targeted the Ukrainian capital with a combination of attack drones and various types of missiles, hitting residential areas.

“Russians are deliberately striking civilian infrastructure and homes. Cynical terror,” he said.

Several high-rise residential buildings were damaged in the attack. Emergency services continue operations at the scene.
