Kutaisi International Airport expands parking capacity to accommodate 700 cars

Kutaisi International Airport has recently completed the expansion of its parking facilities, providing space for up to 700 cars. 

This development included the laying of 20,000 m2 of asphalt to cover the airport’s premises, roads, and footpaths. Additionally, a modern parking system has been implemented, complemented by a newly installed drainage system and an aesthetically pleasing decorative fence.

By the end of the month, the lighting system for the entire area is expected to be fully operational, enhancing both safety and visibility.The parking lot expansion project, totaling an investment of 3.9 million GEL, was fully funded by the Union of Georgian Airports through its own revenues.

Parking rates have been set at 2 GEL per hour and 10 GEL for a duration of 5 to 24 hours.
