Kyiv: 12,000 Russian soldiers killed in Ukraine

Ukraine says that 12,000 Russian soldiers have been killed in the country since the outbreak of hostilities on February 24. 

The Ukrainian authorities say that about 300 Russian soldiers are now in captivity ‘who have told us many interesting things.’ 

Kyiv says that the Ukrainian Armed Forces were also able to destroy 335 Russian tanks during this period.

The other loss of the Russian armed forces in Ukraine are as follows according  to Kyiv:
