Kyiv calls on all its embassies to tighten security measures after explosion in Spain

Ukrainian Foreign Minister Dmytro Kuleba on Wednesday instructed all Ukrainian embassies abroad to “urgently tighten” security measures, after the recent explosion near the diplomatic representation of Ukraine in Madrid, Spain.  

Kyiv also urged the Spanish authorities to timely investigate the incident. 

An explosion took place near the Ukrainian embassy in Madrid earlier on Wednesday, with one individual injured.
