Leader of the Labour Party Shalva Natelashvili may enter parliament.
He says he is scheduled to make the decision in early February.
Like several other opposition parties, Natelashvili has been demanding repeat parliamentary elections since 2020 parliamentary race, claiming that the ruling Georgian Dream party fabricated the elections.
However, later the majority of the opposition parties have decided to take up their mandates.
On January 10 Natelashvili opened polls on his Facebook page, asking supporters whether or not to enter the state legislature.
He says that his first demand if he takes up his mandate will be a 40-minute speech.
If Natelashvili refuses to enter parliament, according to the changes to the law, his Labour party will lose state funding.
