The Latvian Embassy in Georgia on Thursday transferred a car to the Ukrainian representation in Tbilisi for the country’s armed forces, the Ukrainian diplomatic mission said.

Ukraine’s temporary confidant in Georgia Alexander Schulga has expressed his gratitude to the Latvian Ambassador in Georgia Edita Medne for her “continuous and comprehensive support”, and “firm position” in solidarity of Ukraine following Russia’s full-scale invasion in February 2022, the Ukrainian Embassy said.

The Embassy also extended its gratitude to a Georgian non-governmental organization Ukraine.ge for covering transportation costs of cars to Ukraine.
