Starting today Lufthansa and Swiss Air suspend flights to Kyiv amid fears that Russia may invade Ukraine.

Lufthansa has also stopped flights to Odessa ‘for the safety of passengers.’

The German airline says that the suspension will remain in effect until the end of February.

The foreign leaders say that Russia is planning ‘the biggest war in Europe’ since 1945.

More than 100,000 troops are currently amassed at the Ukrainian border.

The foreign states and organizations have warned Russia of ‘very tough sanctions’ if it acts in the way.

Russia has demanded the US and NATO ‘security guarantees’, including the promise from the alliance that it will never add Georgia and Ukraine as new members.
