Georgia’s Foreign Minister Maka Bochorishvili to participate in UN Commission session in NY

Georgian Foreign Minister Maka Bochorishvili will participate in the 69th session of the United Nations Commission on the Status of Women (CSW) in New York, where she is set to deliver a speech to the attendees.

According to Georgia’s Ministry of Foreign Affairs, Bochorishvili will also hold a meeting with Philemon Yang, President of the 79th session of the UN General Assembly.

As part of the session, the minister will take part in high-level events dedicated to the work of the Commission on the Status of Women and the 30th anniversary of the Beijing Declaration.
