Macron stresses importance of Georgian elections for “european aspirations”

French President Emmanuel Macron on Thursday stressed the significance of the upcoming parliamentary elections in Georgia, scheduled for October 26, stating they could be crucial for the country’s return to the European path.

This message was conveyed during his meeting with Georgian President Salome Zourabichvili at the Elysée Palace.
