Mamuka Mdinaradze, the leader of Georgia’s parliamentary majority, has accused USAID-funded organizations in Georgia of serving the interests of the so-called “Deep State,” which he claims is controlled by oligarchic influences.

In a social media post, Mdinaradze asserted that “Deep State” and USAID-backed agents in Georgia are losing ground due to strict legal regulations, while the Georgian people and peace are prevailing.

“The Georgian segment of USAID-funded agents serves the Deep State, and the Deep State serves oligarchic influences,” he wrote, adding that without justice, there can be no peace.
