Mamuka Mdinaradze, the leader of the parliamentary majority and chairman of the ruling Georgian Dream faction, has responded to the recent statement made by US State Department spokesperson Matthew Miller regarding the suspension of strategic partnership with Georgia.

In his social media post, Madinadze critically commented on Miller’s remarks, listing several points about Georgia’s relations with the United States. He noted, “The first six points after hearing Matthew Miller’s statement on suspending strategic partnership:

1. They managed to do it before Trump’s inauguration.

2. The protest lost momentum and they are helping.

3. What have we been denied—visa-free travel, free trade, or direct flights?

4. Now, we shouldn’t agree to resume visa-free travel, without free trade, and direct flights.

5. Long live independent Georgia.

6. What major events have been planned for December.
He concluded with a sarcastic remark about the United National Movement opposition figures, saying, “What tricks have top UNM brains pulled…”
