Man burns ex-wife to death in country’s west

A man burned his ex-wife to death in Terjola municipality of western Georgia on Thursday, locking her in a supermarket where she worked. 

The man himself has almost 70 percent of his body burned, as, reportedly, tried to commit suicide following the incident. 

The couple has two children, both minors. 

According to reports, the man demanded the woman to still live with her, while the woman was against it. 

Police are investigating premeditated murder in aggravated circumstances.
