Man stabs ex-wife at a bus stop in Tbilisi

A man reportedly stabbed an ex-wife at a bus stop in the Didube district of Tbilisi earlier today.

The alleged offender has already been arrested, while the injured woman was transported to hospital.

Last week a husband killed a 31-year-old wife in front of two underage children on a bus in the Georgian capital.

Despite tougher measures against family violence, femicide remains a problem in Georgia.
