Mariana Choloyan, convicted of forcing 15-year-old Luka Siradze to testify, has been released from prison. According to lawyer Gagi Mosiashvili, the so-called According to the decision of the Udo Commission, Choloyan was released on parole and has already left the penitentiary institution.

 

Mariana Choloyan was sentenced on September 7, 2020 to three years in prison. On December 11, 2019, a tenth-grader, Luka Siradze, attempted suicide after he was questioned in the First Division of the Didube-Chugureti Division over graffiti on the walls of the “Green School”.

 

The teenager was present at the poll twice, on December 10 and 11, and he was questioned twice by Mariana Choloyan.

 

Luka Siradze died at the hospital on December 17, 2019 as a result of his injuries. In addition to the detainee Mariana Choloyan, two police officers were terminated in the case of Luka Siradze.
