MEP Cramon: calling Hungarian FM ‘true friend’ of Georgia “tells everything”

MEP Viola von Cramon on Friday responded to the latest visit of Hungarian Foreign Minister Péter Szijjártó to Tbilisi and said describing him as a “true friend of Georgia” by his Georgian counterpart Ilia Darchiashvili “tells everything”. 

 

“A government which despite being a member of the EU abolished democracy and rule of law and it is a de-facto-puppet-regime of Russia with almost no support for Ukraine”, Cramon tweeted. 

 

Darchaishvili said “It is always a pleasure to welcome the true friend of Georgia – Hungarian FM Péter Szijjártó to Tbilisi”.
