Merkel believes that all citizens of Germany will receive an invitation for vaccination by the end of September

German Chancellor Angela Merkel believes that all German citizens will have the opportunity to be vaccinated against coronavirus by the end of September 2021.

“Even if new vaccines are not allowed by the end of the summer, by the end of September, on September 21, everyone will receive an invitation to be vaccinated,” she said on Tuesday on ARD's Farbe bekennen program.

Currently, two vaccines have been approved in the EU – produced by Pfizer and BioNTech and the American company Moderna.
