Georgia’s Interior Ministry on Thursday said 103 foreign nationals have been expelled from the country following a series of coordinated operations carried out in recent days.

The actions were led by the Migration Department of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Georgia, working closely with other relevant units.

Officials said those removed from the country were citizens of multiple states, including Turkmenistan, Russia, India, Uzbekistan, Pakistan, China, Belarus, Nepal, Thailand, Bangladesh, Ethiopia, Yemen, Iraq, Jordan, Nigeria, Sudan and the Philippines.

The ministry described the measures as part of “complex operations” aimed at enforcing migration regulations.
