The individuals deported were citizens of Turkey, India, Russia, China, Kazakhstan, Turkmenistan, Bangladesh, Pakistan, Egypt, Israel, Cyprus, Morocco, Nigeria, Armenia, Uzbekistan and Azerbaijan.
The ministry said the deportations followed a series of comprehensive measures carried out in line with existing legislation.
