President Kavlelashvili awards Georgian cultural figures with state orders of Brilliance and Honour

A special ceremony honouring outstanding contributors to Georgia’s cultural heritage was held at the Presidential Palace, where President Mikheil Kavlelashvili presented the Orders of Brilliance and Honour to leading figures in the arts.
In his address, the President highlighted the role of culture, creativity and spirituality in shaping Georgia’s national identity, describing the country as “a proud nation with a unique and enduring cultural legacy.”
“Throughout our history, culture has preserved and strengthened our identity. Christianity, as a faith of love and humanism, became a cornerstone of our civilization, defining who we are as a nation,” Kavlelashvili said.
He added that Georgian art, folklore, architecture, poetry and dance continued to inspire all who experience them.
