Russia loses more than 1,100 troops in a day, says Ukrainian General Staff

The General Staff of the Armed Forces of Ukraine on Sunday said Russia has lost about 1,355,920 troops in Ukraine since 24 February 2022, including 1,110 killed or wounded over the past 24 hours.
The updated estimates of Russian military losses between 25 February 2022 and 24 May 2026 are as follows:
Tanks – 11,950 (+1)
Armoured combat vehicles – 24,603 (+4)
Artillery systems – 42,640 (+61)
Multiple launch rocket systems – 1,800 (+1)
Air defence systems – 1,396 (+2)
Aircraft – 436 (+0)
Helicopters – 353 (+0)
Unmanned aerial vehicles (operational-tactical level) – 308,321 (+1,843)
Cruise missiles – 4,632 (+0)
Ground robotic systems – 1,451 (+7)
Naval vessels/light speed boats – 33 (+0)
Submarines – 2 (+0)
Vehicles and fuel tankers – 98,698 (+292)
Special military equipment – 4,216 (+4)
