Multicultural festival held at European University

On July 28, European University held the multicultural festival, the most colorful and musical evening of the year.

 

Representatives from over 70 countries were represented in the courtyard of the European University student dormitory, sharing their diverse cultures on the grand stage.

 

The festival commenced with a captivating performance by the Georgian Choreographic Dance Ensemble of the European University, followed by impressive showcases prepared by foreign students exclusively for this occasion.

 

At the multicultural event also performed European University’s  pop band, gamorchEUli, and the EU Band.

 

Paata Khurtsilava leads the Choreographic ensemble, while Tamar Gulua is the head of the gamorchEUli band.

 

Notable attendees included Tamar Zarginava, the university’s vice president, along with other university leaders.

 

During the event, the vice president expressed her gratitude to the participating students for their excellent organization and active involvement.

 

“These events play a crucial role in integrating international students with the local society, which aligns with our goal. With representatives from more than 70 countries showcasing their unique cultures, this evening was truly special. European University is committed to organizing various activities, providing our students with opportunities to showcase their talents alongside receiving quality education,” said Tamar Zarginava.

 

The event was  hosted by the specially in invited guest TV presenter, Tika Patsatsia.
