National Statistics Office: Georgian GDP growth rate amounted to 9.6% in december

The Georgian National Statistics Office says that the estimated real Gross Domestic Product (GDP) growth rate in December 2021 amounted to 9.6 percent year on year and 10.6 percent in 2021 compared to previous year. 

The agency says that In December 2021 the estimated real growth compared to the same period of the previous year was observed in the following activities: Manufacturing, Transportation and storage, Trade, Hotels and restaurants, Electricity, gas, steam and air conditioning supply, Real estate activities, Arts, entertainment and recreation. 

A decline was registered in the construction field.
