NATO Sec-Gen Stoltenberg visits Georgia

NATO Secretary General Jens Stoltenberg is currently in Georgia. The head of the North Atlantic Alliance landed at Tbilisi International Airport recently.

Stoltenberg was greeted at the airport by Georgia’s Minister of Foreign Affairs, Ilia Darchiashvili, and the Ambassador of Georgia to NATO, Viktor Dolidze.

Prime Minister of Georgia Irakli Kobakhidze will meet with NATO Secretary General later today at the government administration. 

 

Subsequently, they will deliver joint statements to the media.

Additionally, Stoltenberg will hold talks with the President of Georgia, Salome Zourabichvili.

From March 17 to 19, Stoltenberg is visiting Azerbaijan, Georgia, and Armenia. Stoltenberg last visited Georgia at the end of 2019.
