Nine charged for making fake Covid passports in Georgia

Georgian law enforcers have charged noine individuals for making fake Covid passports for 70 euros in the capital Tbilisi and western Imereti region. 

 

One of the nine suspects has been arrested. 

 

The Georgian Prosecutor’s Office stated earlier today that an individual working for a tourist company in Tbilisi made two fake Covid passports for the people who wished to leave for the country with tourism purposes and wanted to avoid quarantine rules. 

 

The remaining eight individuals made fake Covid passports in the Imereti region for several individuals who wanted to cross the state border without problems.
