European University Rector Nino Taliashvili hosts Professor Maurizio Tira, Emeritus Rector of University of Brescia

The Rector of European University, Nino Taliashvili, hosted Professor Maurizio Tira, Emeritus Rector of the University of Brescia, President of the UNIBS Foundation, and President of the GARR Consortium.

Professor Tira’s visit followed the recent signing of a Memorandum of Understanding between European University and the University of Brescia. During the visit, discussions focused on the practical implementation of the initiatives outlined in the memorandum.

The meeting addressed opportunities for student and faculty exchanges, the development of joint research projects, and avenues for institutional capacity-building. Both parties also agreed on concrete steps to further strengthen academic and scientific cooperation between the two universities.

Professor Tira’s visit marks another important step in advancing international collaboration. It will contribute significantly to the internationalization of European University, the enhancement of educational quality, and the achievement of shared strategic objectives.
