Deputy Speaker of Parliament, Nino Tsilosani, shared a video featuring Berdia Sichinava, a member of the For Georgia party led by Giorgi Gakharia. The video shows Sichinava reacting angrily to a journalist’s question during a press briefing. The journalist had asked, “How many genders are there?” prompting Sichinava to demand the journalist’s removal from the briefing.

In her post, Tsilosani called the video “shameful” and urged supporters of Gakharia’s party to watch it, asserting that Sichinava’s behavior reflects the attitudes of the party’s other leaders.

“This individual, who has failed to establish himself as either a politician or a man, publicly addresses a woman in this manner. Imagine what his behavior is like in other interactions,” Tsilosani wrote.

She emphasized that Sichinava’s actions are indicative of the values held by the leadership of the For Georgia party.
