Lasha Zhvania, Georgia’s Ambassador to Israel, on Monday said no Georgians have been reported injured or dead in Israel following Hamas attack, which killed more than 700 and left more than 2,300 injured.

He noted two Georgian Jews had been killed in the rocket attack last week.

“The Israeli army has not yet taken control of all the settlements where the terrorists have entered, so it is still difficult to get information. Not all of the deceased have been identified yet. So it is not known exactly who is kidnapped and who is dead”, said the diplomat.

Hamas launched rockets in the direction of Israel on October 7, at dawn.
