One killed, four injured as minibus collides truck in central Georgia

A collision between a truck and a minibus near Ruisi village in Kareli municipality of central Georgia on Friday resulted in one fatality and four injuries.

According to reports, the minibus was initially struck by a truck, and subsequently collided with another truck, with the incident claiming the life of the minibus driver. 

The passengers, who have sustained injuries, have been transported to a medical facility for treatment.

The Ministry of Internal Affairs is looking into the case for violation of traffic safety or operation rules leading to the loss of human life.
