Anna Dolidze, the leader of the For the People Party, said on Friday there was no prospect of rapprochement with NATO and the European Union if historical non-governmental organizations continued to face closure in our country.

“In what language and tone must they communicate that under Russian law [foreign influence transparency law], and with the potential closure of historical non-governmental organizations in our country, there is no prospect of our rapprochement with NATO and the European Union?” Dolidze said.

“We lag behind Ukraine and Moldova. Therefore, under this government, we cannot expect any progress”, she added.
