Out of 1,219 new cases of coronavirus, 676 were detected in Tbilisi, 126 in Adjara, 123 in Samegrelo-Zemo-Svaneti

According to the information published on Stopcov.ge, within the framework of intensive testing, out of 1,219 new cases of infection detected in the country today: 676 cases were detected in Tbilisi, Adjara – 126, Imereti – 61, Kvemo Kartli – 51, Shida Kartli – 55, Guria – 46, Samegrelo – Upper Svaneti – 123, Kakheti – 39, Mtskheta-Mtianeti – 29, Samtskhe-Javakheti – 9, Racha-Lechkhumi and Kvemo Svaneti – 4.
Currently, there are 10,457 active cases of infection, of which: 2,848 people are treated in hospitals, including 1,471 in Tbilisi hospitals, 398 in Adjara, 369 in Imereti. – 70, in Imereti -73. There are 89 people on artificial respiration, 66 of them in Tbilisi, 7 in Adjara, 8 in Imereti. 427 people are accommodated in clinical hotels, including 225 in Tbilisi and 188 in Adjara. 7 182 people are undergoing treatment for the virus in a residential apartment.
335 people are placed in quarantine areas, including 253 in Tbilisi and 4 in Adjara.
From October 6 to April 16, 24,417 people were transferred to the quarantine areas from the state border.
At this stage, 16,042 people are in self-isolation, including 7,987 in Tbilisi, 2,475 in Adjara, and 1,137 in Imereti.
