Out of 490 new cases of coronavirus, 256 were detected in Tbilisi

According to the information published on Stopcov.ge, out of 490 new cases of infection detected in the country today: 256 cases were detected in Tbilisi, Adjara – 36, Imereti – 69, Kvemo Kartli – 22, Shida Kartli – 26, Guria – 6, Samegrelo – Zemo Svaneti – 41 , Kakheti – 20, Mtskheta-Mtianeti – 7, Samtskhe-Javakheti – 0, Racha-Lechkhumi and Kvemo Svaneti – 7.

At present, there are 4,360 active cases of infection, of which: 1,589 people are treated in hospitals, including in Tbilisi hospitals – 800, in Adjara – 178, in Imereti – 285. At this stage, 313 people are seriously ill, including in Tbilisi – 148, in Adjara – 30, in Imereti -70. There are 71 people on artificial respiration, 49 of them in Tbilisi, 2 in Adjara, 5 in Imereti. 192 people are placed in clinical hotels, including 150 in Tbilisi and 30 in Adjara. 2 579 people are undergoing treatment for the virus in a residential apartment.

301 people are placed in quarantine areas, including 152 in Tbilisi and 15 in Adjara.

A total of 23,845 people were transferred from the state border to quarantine areas from October 6 to March 26.

At this stage, 7,448 people are in self-isolation, including 3,353 in Tbilisi, 878 in Adjara and 956 in Imereti.
