Out of 578 new cases of coronavirus, 321 were detected in Tbilisi

According to the information published on Stopcov.ge, out of 578 new cases of infection detected in the country today: 321 cases were detected in Tbilisi, Adjara – 57, Imereti – 35, Kvemo Kartli – 20, Shida Kartli – 7, Guria – 16, Samegrelo – Zemo Svaneti – 80 , Kakheti – 23, Mtskheta-Mtianeti – 10, Samtskhe-Javakheti – 9, Racha-Lechkhumi and Kvemo Svaneti – 0.

Currently, there are 10,387 active cases of infection, of which: 3,174 people are treated in hospitals, including 1,720 in Tbilisi hospitals, 413 in Adjara, 377 in Imereti. At this stage, 563 people are seriously ill, including 292 in Tbilisi, Adjara. – 75, in Imereti -76. There are 89 people on artificial respiration, 66 of them in Tbilisi, 8 in Adjara, 8 in Imereti. 437 people are accommodated in clinical hotels, including 218 in Tbilisi and 200 in Adjara. 6 776 people are undergoing treatment for the virus in a residential apartment.

277 people are placed in quarantine areas, including 243 in Tbilisi and 7 in Adjara.

A total of 24,456 people were transferred from the state border to quarantine areas from October 6 to April 18.

At this stage, 16,260 people are in self-isolation, including 8,577 in Tbilisi, 2,098 in Adjara, and 1,189 in Imereti.
