PM Garibashvili to sign green energy agreement in Bucharest

Georgian Prime Minister Irakli Garibashvili on Friday set out on a working visit to Bucharest, where he will sign an agreement on Strategic Partnership on Green Energy Development and Transmission along with the leaders of Azerbaijan, Hungary and Romania, the Government press office said. 

The signing ceremony will also be attended by the President of the European Commission, Ursula von der Leyen, and Romanian President Klaus Werner Iohannis.

Garibashvili will also  participate in the plenary session – Strategic Partnership in Developing and Sharing Green Energy –  and hold high-level meetings.

Vice Prime Minister, Minister of Economy and Sustainable Development Levan Davitashvili, Foreign Minister Ilia Darchiashvili, Finance Minister Lasha Khutsishvili, and Head of the Government Administration Revaz Javelidze are present in the delegation.
