Policemen charged with inhuman treatment, abuse of power denied bail

Two policemen who have been charged with inhuman and degrading treatment and abuse of power towards a disabled minor in Tbilisi metro station earlier this week have been denied bail. 

One of the police officers faces charges for inhuman and degrading treatment, while another for abuse of power. 

A video released online shows how one of the police officers attacks a minor who has hearing problems. 

The video has caused a large-scale outcry on social media.
