A pregnant woman and her baby have died following  Russia bombed the maternity hospital in Mariupol a couple of days ago, in the war-torn Ukraine.

The Associated Press says that the photos of the young woman had circled the world, epitomizing the horror of an attack on humanity’s most innocent.

The woman was rushed to another hospital which was also closer to the frontline, where doctors tried to keep her alive. However, the efforts turned to be fruitless.
