Protests in support of Sternenko in Kiev entered an acute phase: there are victims and detainees

From time to time, clashes break out between the protesters in support of the convicted activist Sergei Sternenko and the police; citizens tried to break through the security forces' shield and get to the President's Office.

Demonstrators threw snowballs and firecrackers at the police, law enforcement officers used tear gas. According to TSN, at least 10 detained citizens are known. In turn, Kiev today writes about the victims of the demonstrators.

The cops do not let the protesters into the territory of the Civic Chamber, because they are afraid that the protesters will not damage the Christmas town.

During the scuffle, special means are taken from the security forces. Some of the selected helmets were set on fire.
