Elon Musk's company SpaceX is going to land its Starship rockets on the surface of Mars long before 2030. Musk also intends to "take" Japanese billionaire Yusaku Maezawa to the moon on Starship in 2023.

Reported by Reuters.

The privately-owned space company raised about $ 850 million in equity in February and plans to develop the project despite the fact that its prototype Starship rocket exploded during a landing attempt after a test launch.

"SpaceX will land its Starship rockets on Mars well before 2030," Musk said.
