Russia’s Rosneft sells its shares in a company owning Gulf gas station chain in Georgia

The Russian state-owned gas and oil company Rosneft has sold 49% of its shares in Petrocas Energy Group that owns the Gulf gas station chain in Georgia and operates an oil terminal in the country’s Poti port. 

 

The Petrocas Energy Group has reported that its Founding Managing Partner and Chief Executive Officer Ivane Nakaidze had taken over the shares. 

 

David Iakobashvili, a Russia-based tycoon, is a key stakeholder there.
