President of Georgia Salome Zourabichvili stated that the recent presidential elections in Moldova serve as the “best evidence” of Georgia’s ‘stolen’ elections. Despite similar challenges, Moldova overcame Russian interference and fraud through diaspora participation, she noted.

President Zourabichvili congratulated Maia Sandu on her victory and emphasized, “your victory is our victory… Moldova was saved by 300,000 diaspora voters, while 1,000,000 members of our strong diaspora were restricted, with only 34,000 allowed to vote.”

Maia Sandu won the second round of Moldova’s presidential elections.
