The Servant of the People faction initiates an extraordinary meeting of the Verkhovna Rada and the adoption of a resolution assessing the events near the President's Office on March 20. This is stated in the statement of the faction.

At the same time, we categorically do not perceive attempts to replace the civilized expression of disagreement with the actions of the authorities with violence, vandalism, desecration of the symbols of our state," the political force said.

In this regard, SN requires law enforcement agencies to" immediately give a legal assessment of the events that took place yesterday in the President's Office, determine the degree of guilt of certain participants for material damage caused to state property, and obtain responsibility for these actions, including compensation damage".

Also, "SN" demands to carefully study the video of the events near the OP for the subject whether these "violence and vandalism" were the implementation of an order on the part of certain political forces and figures, "as evidenced by the participation in this action of those affiliated with these forces and figures. persons". On March 20, a rally in support of convicted public activist Sergey Sternenko was held near the building of the president's office on Bankova in Kiev on the occasion of his birthday.
