The Special Investigation Service of Georgia on Monday said it had seized 300 files of personal life and arrested seven for violation of privacy between August and October. 

 

The body said it had exposed 14 individuals, but only seven were arrested, facing up to eight years in prison. 

 

The suspects had obtained intimate photos and videos depicting the personal life of the victims through mobile phones and social networks, and sent them to their relatives or posted on social media, the agency said.
