Sulkhаn Tamazashvili, head of Georgian Dream’s regional organisation in Adjara, has introduced Giorgi Tsintsadze to local voters as the party’s candidate for mayor of Batumi.

Tamazashvili described Tsintsadze as a “professional and conscientious” public servant who has been involved in development strategies for both Batumi and the wider Adjara region. He praised Tsintsadze’s “extensive experience” in public service, saying it equips him to further develop the city.

Tsintsadze has held senior positions in the Adjara government, the Georgian Intelligence Service, and the Ministry of Foreign Affairs. He holds a bachelor’s degree in finance from the Georgian Technical University and studied abroad at the Berlin University of Applied Sciences (FHTW) in 2005-2006. He has also completed several professional development courses internationally.
