Georgia’s Interior Minister, Sulkhаn Tamazashvili, has held a working meeting with senior officials from the Security Police Department, including its head Giorgi Aladashvili.

According to the ministry, the meeting focused on the department’s ongoing activities and current projects. Giorgi Aladashvili briefed the minister on operational developments and outlined key initiatives underway within the unit.

Tamazashvili also highlighted the importance of improving social guarantees for Interior Ministry personnel, including protection police officers. He said efforts in this area would continue through future projects aimed at strengthening staff welfare.

The minister concluded the meeting by wishing senior officials success in their professional duties.
