Giorgi Kaviladze and Ako Chelidze, who have been charged with premeditated murder of a 22-year-old founder of the Georgian social media Feedc Nika Kvaratskhelia, were arrested by the Georgian police in Tskneti, near Tbilisi earlier today.

Kvaratskhelia was shot 10 times in central Tbilisi on September 15, 2021 and died the next day in hospital after receiving eight gunshots,

It has been reported that the murder was related to revenge on Kvaratskhelia’s father, who is a criminal boss living abroad.

Georgian media outlets claimed that relatives of another criminal boss, who was killed back in 2001 in Russia, put a hit out on Nika Kvaratskhelia.

Earlier it was believed that the suspects managed to cross into Turkey.
