Georgia’s Ambassador to US attends event honoring US Chief of Protocol Monica Crowley

Georgia’s Ambassador to the United States, Tamar Taliashvili, has participated in a special event honoring Ambassador Monica Crowley, the Chief of Protocol of the United States.
The gathering, hosted by the Ambassadors of Ireland and Rwanda to the US, brought together female heads of diplomatic missions accredited in Washington, D.C.
“I was honored to attend the distinguished event held in recognition of Ambassador Monica Crowley, Chief of Protocol of the United States,” Taliashvili wrote on social media. “During the event, we discussed the significance of women’s roles in international relations and diplomacy.”
Ambassador Taliashvili highlighted Crowley’s reputation as a successful and recognized stateswoman, as well as an accomplished author. She also expressed gratitude for receiving a signed copy of Crowley’s book, noting the thoughtful inscription.
