Tbilisi Vice-Mayor Ilia Eloshvili was found dead in his home in Tbilisi on Wednesday. 

 

Investigation has been launched with an article which covers bringing someone to suicide. 

 

Eloshvili, 47, has occupied the post of Vice-Tbilisi Mayor since 2017. 

 

Earlier he served as the country’s deputy energy minister and energy minister under the Georgian Dream authorities. 

 

An alleged reason for death has not been identified so far. Eloshvili left behind wife and two children.
