Tbilisoba, an annual October festival in the Georgian capital city, which celebrates the diversity and history of Tbilisi, will take place on October 24 and half a million GEL will be spent on it.

However, large sport and cultural events will not take place on the day due to the coronavirus pandemic.

Only a gala concert and an award ceremony of honorary citizens will be held in Mtatsminda Park and the Georgian Public Broadcaster will broadcast the concert live to citizens.

Tbilisoba was also held without the traditional open-air gatherings and large events back in 2020.
