The leader of “Girchi – more freedom”,  Zurab Japaridze states that non-representation in parliament is not a discomfort for him, because the legislative body is illegitimate.

According to him, if he had got into the parliament  he would appear weak, but now he feels strong.

“The government has people in the parliament and the government knows that for many of them the parliamentary seats are more important than the boycott, so they look down on these people. No matter how much they fight and no matter what they do, the government does not take their actions seriously. I’m strong because I’m not in the parliament, that’s my strength, and thus  they can’t talk about anything but my ass all day long. I am honest with myself and that is my strength, if I had got into the parliament, I would have appeared weak”, said Japaridze.
